Appointments & waiting times
- We are currently only able to accept repair requests by appointment. If you would like to drop off your bike at the workshop, please contact us in advance by phone, in person, or online.
- In the vast majority of cases, all bicycle repairs are completed within 24 hours.
- Spare wheel: If you cannot do without your bike, we will be happy to provide you with a spare wheel, subject to availability.
- In emergencies and for minor repairs, we try to respond spontaneously, depending on our capacity.
